All new I-Tech PEMF devices have 2 year warranty protection (covering the original purchaser only) for manufacturing faults in materials and workmanship. The device is the main controller head unit which bears the product name (Magneto, Magneto Pro for example).
All supplied applicators and accessories (belt applicators, full body mats, Cil-Mag, etc) are warranted individually for a period of 2 years. The 2 year warranty period for the device and any applicators or accessories supplied commences from the date on which the item was received by the customer.
All ex-rental I-Tech devices have the same warranty cover but for a period of 12 months for both the device itself and applicators and accessories. Again only the original purchaser is covered.
Use of the term "we" or "us" refers to any of our trading styles (Itechmedical, Health-Revolution, PEMF-Health Clinics). Use of the term "you", "your" refers to the original purchaser.
When you place your order we will contact you to arrange delivery by one of our drivers. We will only deliver your equipment to you in person and a signature will be required at the point of delivery.
We can be very flexible in arranging that time with you - but once booked in (24 hours before the time of delivery) we cannot reschedule. Any failed deliveries due to non-availability of the recipient at the agreed time will necessitate a cancellation charge of 10% of total order value. This is to cover the cost of our drivers having an unsuccessful wasted journey.
The UK distance selling regulations mean that the original purchaser has the right to say they want to return the goods for up to 14 days after receiving them (and then another 14 days to return them) we will then refund within another 14 days - providing the goods are complete and undamaged.
Please note for complete devices which have been opened we deduct a professional cleaning fee. This is to cover sterile cleaning of all applicators etc. This is required as we sell only registered medical devices.

The I-Tech systems are comprised of a modular system of distinct units, such as: the device (controller or head unit), mat, belt applicators, solenoid applicators, case etc. Each unit is deemed a separate product and we reserve the right to warrant each unit separately.
For example if a warrantable fault is found in an applicator only the applicator unit will be repaired or replaced. Not the whole device system which is comprised of the distinct units as described above.
Warranty cover does not extend to 'wear and tear' resulting from fair use over time.
If you think your device has a fault stop using it immediately and contact us. Do not present the device including any units (as above) to a 3rd party to dismantle, work on, diagnose or repair. This will immediately invalidate your warranty.
We retain ownership of the device you are purchasing until the final agreed payment has been made. At that time we will transfer ownership to you with a full product purchase receipt being supplied to you.
If you do not make any agreed payment, we retain the right to pursue all reasonable means to secure any outstanding payments. Where outstanding payments are still unpaid after 3 months we will consider the device to be unrecoverable and will pursue legal means to recover the full balance of outstanding payments. Plus in addition a charge of £500 will be added to the outstanding balance we will seek to recover - this is to cover our loss and time.
If you think you will have trouble paying any monthly payment please contact us first at least 7 days before the payment-due date and we can explore settlement options with you.
The following is a detailed list of our RENT/BUY terms (sometimes titled as the style 'Flexiplan') relating to our PEMF equipment. By ticking the T&C's at checkout you agree to accept these terms below.
Use of the term "we" or "us" refers to any of our trading styles (Itechmedical, Health-Revolution, PEMF-Health Clinics). Use of the term "you", "your" or "RENT/BUYER" refers specifically to the person who has placed and paid for the original order from us and with whom the contractual relationship applies.
When you commence the RENT/BUY of our equipment - you are renting/leasing the equipment on a "per month or part thereof" basis. At the end of each payment month, you have a choice to either return the device or to continue into the next payment month.
Ownership stays with us until you have completed all monthly payments in the plan you have chosen. The final monthly payment upon which ownership passes to you is referred to here as the FINAL PLAN PAYMENT.
Each monthly payment is the same amount. And there is no extra or additional settlement payment required. You simply pay the same amount each month until you have reached the stated number of payments at which ownership automatically passes to you.
There is a 2 year manufacturers warranty for the main device (head unit). There is a year warranty for all applicators and accessories. Warranty cover commences from the day you take delivery of the product - NOT from the day of your final plan payment.
Your second RENT/BUY payment period is 1 calendar month inclusive from the date the equipment is delivered to the address which you advised. Subsequent monthly payment periods are the same day each calendar month until such time as the agreement ends.
The exact date of the second and any subsequent payments will always be exactly one calendar month after you have placed your original order and made your first payment. This is an automated process and we cannot change the date.
Once the rent/buyer has completed the FINAL PLAN payment - from that moment ownership transfers to them. We no longer have any claim on that equipment. From that moment the only responsibility that we retain is in respect of the warranty period which accompanies the sale of all our equipment.
If you wish to end the agreement and return the equipment - you must contact us within 7 days before the end of the current monthly rent-buy payment period and we will confirm with you the process for returns.
You must inform us 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE END OF THAT PAYMENT PERIOD if you do not want to enter into another RENT/BUY monthly payment period. If you do not contact us by then, you agree that you will be deemed to be entering the next one monthly rent/buy payment period automatically.
If, on the last day of your chosen final agreed rent/buy monthly period, we are still yet to take delivery of the returned equipment for any reason, you may see that a payment of an amount equivalent to one month's rent/buy may leave your account. This is a holding/security deposit and is charged to you temporarily until you have returned the equipment to us, and we have signed off on its condition. THIS CHARGE IS NOT ANOTHER MONTHLY CHARGE TO YOU!
You must ensure the equipment is clean and safely packaged and returned to us - at the address nominated by us - on or before the final day of the rent/buy period.
Any equipment not received by us by the end of the currently agreed 1 month rent/buy payment period is subject to a subsequent month's continued charge as you will be deemed to have entered a new rent/buy month.
If any monthly payment fails to clear and the situation is not rectified after 7 days, the rent/buyer acknowledges failure to comply with the agreed terms. You agree that in the above circumstances you are liable to pay us a charge equal to the manufacturers recommended retail price for the equipment.
IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PAY AT ANY TIME PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY AND WE CAN WORK OUT A RESOLUTION – PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE THE SITUATION.
IN THE EVENT WE DO NOT RECEIVE EITHER THE RETURNED DEVICE OR PAYMENT WITHIN ONE CALENDAR MONTH OF THE FIRST FAILED PAYMENT - AND YOU DO NOT MAKE ANY CONTACT WITH US DURING THAT SAME PERIOD WE MAY PURSUE THIS AS THEFT. THIS WOULD THEN BE A CRIMINAL MATTER AND WOULD INVOLVE THE POLICE AND POSSIBLE CRIMINAL ACTION.
All devices are supplied with a waterproof, wipe clean cover. We encourage you to keep the cover on at all times. We will only make a charge if there is significant new damage or missing parts. Fair "wear and tear" is acceptable — by which we mean minor scuff and scratch marks.
The rent/buyer accepts absolute financial responsibility for any loss or damage to the equipment whilst it is in their possession. The rent/buyer shall notify us immediately if the equipment is lost or damaged and shall follow all reasonable instructions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our maximum aggregate liability for any and all claims will not exceed in any circumstances the total amount of the Rental Charge in respect of which the claim has arisen.
Nothing in these terms and conditions are intended to avoid the provisions of UK Consumer Law except to the extent permitted by that Law.
The rent/buyer authorises us to collect, retain and use information about the rent/buyer for the purpose of assessing creditworthiness, and to disclose information to such persons as necessary to enable us to exercise any rights or remedies under these terms and conditions.

The following terms apply to equipment hired from us which is offered without an option to purchase.
We rent or hire the equipment to you on a "per month or part thereof" basis. Each hire/payment period is 1 calendar month inclusive from the agreed date the hired equipment is delivered.
If you wish to continue to hire the equipment beyond the current 1 month period — please contact us within 7 days before the end of the period and we will confirm the continuation and your next monthly subscription will be taken automatically.
If you decide to return the equipment — you must inform us 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE END OF THAT HIRE/PAYMENT PERIOD. At the end of your final agreed rental period, a final payment equivalent to one month's rental will leave your account as a holding/security deposit. Once the equipment is returned and signed off we will refund your deposit less any amount for damage or loss.
You must ensure the hired equipment is cleaned, appropriately and safely packaged and returned to us on the specified pick-up day. You may arrange your own courier at your own expense and risk, or ask us to arrange collection (usually £15, deducted from your final refunded amount).
Responsibility passes to the hirer upon receipt. The hirer accepts absolute financial responsibility for any loss or damage during the rental. Any damage beyond reasonable wear and tear, up to and including total loss or theft, will be the hirer's sole responsibility. The hirer agrees to compensate us for any damage at the full current retail price.

IN THE EVENT WE DO NOT RECEIVE EITHER THE RETURNED DEVICE OR FULL PAYMENT WITHIN ONE CALENDAR MONTH OF THE FIRST FAILED PAYMENT - AND YOU DO NOT MAKE ANY CONTACT WITH US DURING THAT SAME PERIOD WE MAY PURSUE THIS AS THEFT.

At any time during the rental of the equipment we may terminate these terms and conditions with immediate effect for any reason whatsoever. The rent/buyer grants us an irrevocable right and authority to enter onto any place where the rental equipment are situated to remove the rental equipment in the event the terms and conditions are terminated.
The hirer authorises us to collect, retain and use information about the hirer for the purpose of assessing creditworthiness, and to disclose information to such persons as necessary to enable us to exercise any rights or remedies under these terms and conditions.
