We offer free returns


Your Right to Return within 14 Days

The UK distance selling regulations mean that the original purchaser has the right to say they want to return the goods for up to 14 days after receiving them (and then another 14 days to return them) we will then refund within another 14 days - providing the goods are complete and undamaged.

To be eligible for a free return, your item must be in the same brand new condition that you received it: unused, and unmarked, and in its complete original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note for products which have been opened and used, we choose to accept returns, at our discretion,  but we need to deduct a professional cleaning fee. This is to cover sterile cleaning of all applicators etc. This is required as we sell only registered medical devices. 

We think this is the fairest way of accepting returns for devices that have been tried even though we are not legally bound to do so if they have been used.

This fee is currently:

  • For systems including a body mat: £64.50
  • For all other systems: £49.50

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the appropriate amount will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
