Shipping policy

1. PURCHASED ITEMS

We offer Free Delivery and express delivery options on most of our products.

We do not charge extra for remote delivery to the Highlands and islands.

We currently only ship to the UK.

When you place your order we will contact you to arrange delivery by one of our drivers. We will only deliver your equipment to you in person and a signature will be required at the point of delivery.

We can be very flexible in arranging that time with you - but once booked in (24 hours before the time of delivery) we cannot reschedule. Any failed deliveries due to non-availability of the recipient at the agreed time will necessitate a cancellation charge of 10% of total order value. This is to cover the cost of our drivers having an unsuccessful wasted journey.

 

2. ‘FLEXIPLAN’ ITEMS

When you order through the Flexiplan you are commencing a monthly payment arrangement with us. This shipping policy covers outward shipping to you. Should you wish to return the device at the end of any rental month, And cease the monthly payment subscription - Please contact us at least seven days before the end of your next subscription renewal date and we will arrange with you how you are going to return your device to us.
